These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and MindWorkz (“MindWorkz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of mindworkz.ai and its content (the “Site”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

3. Services Are Governed Separately

Any products, services, or engagements we provide — including EmmaChatz — are governed by a separate written agreement between you and MindWorkz. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the separate agreement controls with respect to those services.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the MindWorkz and EmmaChatz names and marks, and the underlying design and code — are owned by or licensed to MindWorkz and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own informational purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems, or any related networks;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site;
• use any automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without our permission; or
• submit false information or content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
